TY4CP four tooth roller crusher adopts a unique tooth roller structure. After entering the crusher, materials smaller than the required discharge particle size are discharged quickly through the gap between the roller teeth. Large pieces of materials are crushed by the impact shear and tensile force of the roller teeth. The particle size of the crushed materials is uniform and the powder passing rate is extremely low. There are no special requirements for crushing materials. The vibrating screen is canceled, and two-stage crushing is completed in one machine. It is not afraid of wet ore and sticky ore, and does not block the discharge port. After the roller teeth are worn, adjust the roller gap to ensure the discharge particle size.
