The sand making machine is suitable for the crushing and shaping of soft or hard materials and extremely hard materials. In the production process, the sand making machine has a certain degree of body swing, but the amplitude is not large. If the body swings particularly violently, then there may be three reasons:
(1) It may be that the wearing parts on the broken impeller are more serious. If the worn parts of the impeller are severe, it will cause the internal operation of the sand making machine to be unstable, resulting in excessive swinging. At this time, as long as the wearing parts are replaced, the inner impeller of the sand making machine can reach the equilibrium state.
(2) The equipment swing may be caused by excessive feeding granularity. When the sand making machine is designed, the maximum feeding granularity of the equipment is generally 4 to 5 centimeters. Generally, the equipment feeding granularity is 3 to 4 centimeters. At the time of production, the amount of finished sand can reach the maximum. If the feed is too large, the equipment swings too much. If the feed is too small, the crushing is not sufficient, and it is difficult to reach the fully-accurate finished sand amount.
(3) The sand making machine may also have an obstruction in the flow path of the impeller. If there is a blockage in the flow path of the impeller, it will cause uneven feeding, and the body will swing too much. So long as the obstruction on the impeller flow path is taken out, the body can be solved. Excessive swing problems.
