working principle:
The impact crusher uses the plate hammer on the high-speed rotating rotor to impact the materials sent into the crushing chamber at a high speed and crush them. The broken materials are thrown to the impact plate at the other end of the crushing chamber at a high speed along the tangent direction, broken again, and then rebound from the impact plate to the plate hammer, and continue the above process. On the way back and forth, the materials also collide with each other. Due to the impact of the plate hammer, the impact of the impact plate and the collision between the materials, the materials are continuously cracked, loose and crushed. When the particle size of the material is smaller than the gap between the impact plate and the plate hammer, it is discharged.
(1) Free impact crushing
When materials enter the crushing chamber, they are impacted by the high-speed plate hammer and the mutual impact between materials, as well as the friction between the plate hammer and materials. The material is broken along its fragile surface in the cavity under free state. The dust produced by the impact crusher is also produced by the impact of the material block group in space.
(2) Counterattack fragmentation
Under the impact of the plate hammer on the high-speed rotating rotor, the material gets a high speed of movement, and then hits the impact plate to further crush the material. The flow direction of materials rebounding from the impact plate is determined by the curve of the impact plate.
(3) Milling crushing
When materials enter the crushing zone of the plate hammer, large pieces of materials are milled and broken by the high-speed rotating plate hammer and thrown out. In addition, the materials that have not been broken by the above two crushing actions and are larger than the size of the outlet are also milled and broken by the high-speed rotating plate hammer at the outlet.
Structural features:

The rotor body is connected by keyless taper sleeve. The highly efficient wear-resistant plate hammer is inserted in the installation form. The unique tooth shaped impact lining plate and the frame are opened in multiple directions. The machine is equipped with hydraulic opening, impact frame yielding device and hammer head lifting device, which make it easier to replace vulnerable parts and overhaul.
