PEV jaw crusher is divided into two types: 1. Assembled frame. 2、 Welded frame. Select according to the user's requirements. It is commonly used in primary crushing or secondary crushing of mining materials. PEV jaw crusher is a kind of equipment developed for crushing stone used in engineering construction such as expressway, railway and airport runway. The crushing technology and manufacturing level adopted by PEV jaw crusher is an efficient product for crushing hard and strong abrasive materials. The stones used in expressway, railway, airport runway and other projects are mainly basalt and other hard rocks, with a specification of about 3-7cm, and the hardness of broken materials is relatively large. Generally, jaw breakage is not only low in output but also easy to wear. Compared with the traditional two-stage jaw crusher, the European version jaw crusher has its advantages in terms of service life, maintenance rate and failure rate, and its cost is lower compared with the supporting cone crusher and stone shaping machine.
Performance characteristics:
1. Integrated motor: the crusher has been installed with a motor frame when it leaves the factory. The motor frame and the crusher are integrated, reducing the installation space of the crusher and the length of the belt. The crusher and motor operate synchronously, forming the movement of the same frequency, which increases the service life of the belt.
2. Finite element analysis technology: use professional mechanical design software for auxiliary design. From parts to mechanism analysis, the whole design process has been limited control, effective use of materials, limited control of processing technology, so that the weight of the crusher is reduced. By analyzing and optimizing the impact of moving jaw, a bigger impact is obtained than that of ordinary crusher, so the output is higher and the efficiency is higher.
3. Bearing: the crusher adopts 4 bearings of the same size, which is larger than other crushers of the same specification and has longer service life.
4. The crusher adopts a new kinematic design, combined with the appropriate crusher speed, so that the crusher jaw can obtain greater impact. In addition, the crushing chamber adopts a symmetrical "V" structure, which makes the actual width of the feed inlet consistent with the nominal width of the feed inlet, thus increasing the output of the crusher.
5. Adjustment: the crusher adopts inlay adjustment. Mechanized adjustment enables the crusher to be adjusted both in operation and shutdown. After being replaced with hydraulic regulation, the crusher can realize automatic control.
