working principle:
The motor drives the large belt pulley of the crusher through the belt. The large belt pulley drives the pinion through the transmission shaft. The pinion engages with the large gear to drive the large gear and eccentric sleeve assembly to rotate. The eccentric sleeve assembly rotates with the main shaft assembly and the large gear. When the material is added to the crushing chamber, the main shaft assembly (main shaft, crushing wall) slowly rotates in the eccentric copper sleeve under the resistance of the material. The running track of the inner cone seems to swing back and forth in the crushing chamber from the central section, while slowly rotating. The material is crushed by the swinging crushing wall.
